Service and Secondary Surveys
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will follow up with a secondary survey to finalize the operational details and ensure a quality experience.
Our team will initiate the process by marking surfaces and establishing levels to ensure precision in your project. If necessary, we will also conduct comprehensive service and drainage surveys to address all aspects of your site's requirements.
Setting out Frames, Posts and Work areas.
We will set out the site with careful arrangement of all materials, such as frames, in the designated area for installation. We will then set out the necessary posts to support the frames and establish workstations for our specialized fit out team to ensure a smooth setup process.
Fitting the Frames
Our Timber deck frames are skillfully designed for an exact fit, making use of temporary legs for straightforward placement and leveling.

Structural Support Posts and Legs
Our Structural Support service ensures a robust foundation by expertly setting out frames for the decking, complemented by strategically placed support posts. These posts can be either sunk into the ground or positioned at ground level, supported by concrete slabs for optimal stability and durability.
The Timber Support posts will be encased in a uPVC Post Covering, and fitted to the decking through the Subframe Timber Brackets using 10x90mm Coach hexagonal wood screws partially threaded.
This may also involve digging post holes to secure posts in place with Post Crete.
Once the Support Posts have been fitted we will remove the temporary legs.
Deck Boarding

We will then begin expertly decking out the frames using your choice of materials.
Firstly a trim will be cut to size and fitted as a rail at the rear of the decking to create a clean finish on the part of your decking which attaches to your house/unit.
Each Deck board will be spaced apart along every Timber Joist of the Frame using Plastic Fit Clips, ensuring a symmetrical gap between each deck board, These Fit Clips secure deck boards by attaching to the side of the joists, providing a hidden fastener system that creates a smooth, clean, and professional finish without visible screws on the deck's surface. They also maintain consistent, even gaps between boards for proper expansion, contraction, and drainage, preventing water damage and ensuring the deck's longevity.
Once all Deck boards have been fitted we will run a Rail Saw along the edge of the deck where all the cut ends of the boards are for a precise straight finish.
Finally placing your finishing trim on all edges of outer perimeter decking.
Choose from our premium options of uPVC, Composite, or Wood to create the perfect deck that suits your style and needs.
Fitting of Pre-made/Bespoke Steps ( if required )

Completion Survey & Video
At the end of the Project we will ask you the client for permission to take a video of the completed project for Proof of Completion and Marketing Purposes.
